Citrus fruits contain two groups of flavonoid glycosides that have either rutinose (L-rhamnopyranosyl-ct-1,6-glucopyranoside) or neohesperidose (L-rhamnopyranosyl-:-1.2glucopyranosiele) as their saccharide components.
